Dwayne Sommersell
Dwayne was born in the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and moved to Brooklyn, NY at the age of 4. He grew up in a Christian home where every Sunday morning he went to church. At a young age he prayed to receive Jesus. As he grew older, his desire to learn God’s word grew.
In 2015, while still in Bible college, he was given an opportunity to do an internship at a church in Chicago. This in turn led to a Pastoral Residency and then to a position as the Student Ministries Pastor at Alliance. Dwayne and his wife, Mariah, have been blessed with four children.
