Brian Dainsberg is the Lead Pastor of Alliance Bible Church, located in Mequon, WI.  Prior to his current role, Brian served in various roles at Appleton Alliance Church (Executive Pastor, Adult Ministries Pastor, Worship Arts Pastor).

Brian enjoys reading, golfing, watching sports, eating Thai food, and most of all spending time with his wife Jedotta, their son, Braylen, and daughter, Taelyr.

Brent Jesko is the Director of our Biblical Counseling Ministries at Alliance Bible Church.  Brent retired from a career in investments at the end of 2024 to pursue ministry full-time. Brent is an ACBC-certified Biblical counselor. He enjoys discipling and mentoring people 1-on-1 and getting into the real struggles of life – all the while relishing how God works to change us amidst our suffering. Such transformation reveals His glory and points us to the true ‘buried treasure’ of life (Matthew 13:44).

Brent and his wife Michelle live in the town of Cedarburg and appreciate the times they can kayak along the river, talk with friends around the bonfire, or travel to new places.

Dwayne Sommersell

Guest | Student Ministries Pastor at Alliance
Dwayne was born in the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and moved to Brooklyn, NY at the age of 4. He grew up in a Christian home where every Sunday morning he went to church. At a young age he prayed to receive Jesus.  As he grew older, his desire to learn God’s word grew.

In 2015, while still in Bible college, he was given an opportunity to do an internship at a church in Chicago. This in turn led to a Pastoral Residency and then to a position as the Student Ministries Pastor at Alliance. Dwayne and his wife, Mariah, have been blessed with five children.
